I decided to compete again in this years MUSCLEMANIA Worlds here in Vegas!
I will be creating a weekly blog on MRDORTCOM as of August 15th and will be taking pics of my transformation all the way up to the contest November 19th!!!
There will be also a exact TRAINING AND CONTEST DIET Log book located inside the MEMBERS SECTION of my site, where I will get into details on how I get myself in the condition that it takes to kick some ass on stage at this years MM2010!
